Manual delete spooled print jobs in Windows 2000
1. Stop the spooler service.
2. Navigate to \winnt\system32\spool\printers and delete the files you find there ( caution: this will delete *all* print jobs for *all* printers on that machine ).
3. Restart the spooler service.
